Contract as ended and im still being debited

I have taken out a contract with nashua mobile in June 2011, my contract came to an end in June 2013 .
However i am still being charged every month for this, i have cancelled my contract so i don't why the money is being taken out of account every month. This is totally unacceptable!!! I have sent a email stating that my contract is cancelled but no one replied, i called the call centre on 0861412412 on the 4/10/13 at 11:30am the person i spoke to seemed all confused about my contract being cancelled, she said she would email me cancellation forms (i don't seem the need for this as i have already cancelled it). I have heard nothing from her since then. This absolutely unbelievable from a big company like Nashua Mobile to be so incompetent. I refused to be paying for this contract for another month. I have reached my limit with this poor service. I want an immediate response from one of the managers.
