I send an email to Clientele on the 31st of May 2013 to cancel my policy and only got feedback on the 13th of June with an instruction that my policy has been cancelled and that the debit order will take place on the 30th of June. I phoned on the 18th of June 2013 and Spoke to Augustine Makhaphela who told me that the reason why a debit order is taking place end of June is because clientele only counts the 30 working days for cancellation which I believe is rubbish and a because these nowhere where it says cancellation takes place within 30 working days. I'm glad I cancelled my policy with Clientele because I have heard a lot of complaints about your company and now I get why most people are not happy. I do not want the debit order to take end of June because I cancelled within 30 days.
