Unsubstantiated Delays

I processed a request to have a partial withdrawal against my investment on Monday 22nd July 2013. After receiving an email yesterday notifying my request was only just captured, i called early this morning to follow up on my request, only to be told everything but the actual reason for the delay.

I do understand that Discovery have set a SLA of 7 to 10 working days, however since investing my money with them they have set a precedent of 5 days. i have all my emails and their response as well as my bank statements to collaborate this. When i called this morning and spoke to agent at the support desk, i was reminded several times of their SLA, upon requesting to speak to a Manager, after 24 minutes of holding on, i spoke to Tenisha Naidoo, only to be told the same and some more, in relation to not being able to expedite my request, they can only see after 12 am today where i stand, they will have to send am email to their pricing/payments team.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ANSWER MY QUESTION: WHAT WAS THE REASON FOR THE DELAY IN CAPTURING MY REQUEST. WHY WAS MY REQUEST ONLY SENT TO PRICING YESTERDAY.

I LEAVE FOR OVERSEAS ON SUNDAY MORNING AND URGENTLY NEED TO FUNDS TO REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT
