Disinvested and goal posts are shifting

I submitted a request to disinvest on 22 January 2014 and received the cancellation confirmation on 31 January 2014. I called on 3 February to find out when the money will be paid out and was told the request is in pricing and this will take 2 to 8 working days. My frustration is that I called again on 06 February and was told that the request only went to pricing on the 5th of February and that it will still take 2 - 8 working days. I keep getting told to wait for the notification that the money has been transferred.

I am currently keeping another investment waiting as I want to invest somewhere and these shifting goal posts will make me lose out on a lucrative deal. Can't someone give me a sound answer?
