I called in on the 21st August to cancel my Insurance, spoke to a Wendy, who refused to give me a reference as someone would call me and that the cancellation would be processed. Between this call and when I called back on the 28th August I received NO call from anyone from Discovery Insure!

On the 28th August again I called Discovery Insure to understand why my account was debited for September, insurance is prepaid I'm told, when I had cancelled my policy. Apologies from a Winnie this time, who assured me she would place a request for an urgent refund so it could be processed in less than the standard 5 days.

Today is the 3rd, and still NO refund from Discovery Insure! This time I spoke to 2x Leratos who again will be putting an "urgent" status on the refund and I will only get it in 5 working days...

Discovery Insure is quick to debit my account following a request NOT to debit it, but take their time to make a simple refund! In between have call centre staff that about how long it actually takes for a refund to be completed!

Not one call or email from their staff to keep me updated as to why there is a delay in the refund either.

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!
