Waiting forever for a paid up lette

I have been thrown from pillar to post trying to get a paid up letter from capitec and clearly they have no regard of commitments they make.

TWICE i hav bin told you will definately have a paid up letter by COB today! Needless to say, i still dont have the letter. I sent my initial request to Capitec requesting a paid up letter on the 29th of April and i was told i will get it after 48hrs. I called capitec again on Thursday and i was promised the paid up letter COB and never got it.

YESTERDAY ON THE 6th of May, i requested to speak to the manager and i spoke to Bruce who assured me that i will get the letter cob yesterday. Stil i havent received the letter, i called again today and now Bruce didnt even speak to me, weird enough he tells the lady i spoke to this morning Megan to tell me to resend the email i sent when i made the initial request, funny enough yesterday he confirmed he has the email and today i must resend the email.

Clearly he is making a joke out of my request! May i please have the paid up letter, a lot is dependant on it!!! and i am really tired of calling everyday requesting the same thing.
