Request for refund not processed in 30 days!!

My husband had a Std bank credit card and Blue Bean credit card which were both paid up and had credit amounts due to us. We were told to send an email requesting a refund together with our new banking details. The standard bank credit card refund was processed within a week and moneypaid into our account. But we still have not received any response regarding the Blue bean account nor have we received the money into our account. We have spoken to Una Crawford who told us they dont have any record of the request we sent through on the 18th March 2013 we must please re-send the request. We have resent the request 2 weeks back to our surprise yesterday when we called them they still have nothing from us requesting the refund over the past month. I believe this is incompetence on another level with so much emails sent to them and 3 of their consultants being copied on the emails but they are nowhere to be found.
