Dealing with Bonita's lately has been more than a struggle!
I have sent through a request on 04 December 2013 and I am still awaiting an answer, I have received an e-mail stating that they will give me feedback within 5 working days.
Last week I spoke to an agent and she said that I will have feedback yesterday 17 December 2013, giving it another day I phoned this morning and still my request is being processed, how long does it take if I receive correspondence stating it will be resolved within 5 working days?
They will maybe give me feedback on Friday.
This is getting extremely frustrating.
I then asked to speak to a manager and apparently they put me through but to only put me on hold for 15min and I have decided to cut the call, who pays for the call not Bonita's.

What is going on? I was proud of Bonita's but lately I lay my head in shame due to your lack of communication. If you know my query is going to take longer send out correspondence after the 5 days stating that there is a delay and communicate with your members give reason. That will be highly appreciated.

This service is totally unacceptable. I am disappointed in the way I have been treated!
