Prmoises that are never met

I logged a called with Sizwe at the collision management centre on monday 15 July 2013 for damages to a rim on my car. the car in question is a golf 5 gti. the claim no that i was given by Sizwe isPAB248974Pol and was advised that a repairer to would come to me, collect the rim, have it repaired and rbing it back to me. I was then contacted by Debbie from the collision management centre whom comfirmed that a repaired would come collect the rim on the same day, it would take appro 4-5 days and they would bring the repaired rim back to me by thursday or friday, further that there would be ne excess payable.

Today ppl is Wednesday, no1 has collected my rim, im still trying to figure out how it is possibloe that they would repair my rim within 2 days and get it back to me.

Am i to wait another week or even a year, this is what will happen, your repiarer will bring me a golf 5 gti 18 inch rim whilst my rim is being repaired and mite i add this will all be done before friday.

Dont make promises that you cant keep.
