CLAIM REJECTION AND LACK OF RESPONSE

In April 2013 I submitted a claim to Regent Insurance/ CMC (Collision management centre) for damages on my car and never got a response till today. I followed up on the claim and was advised that the claim had been recieved and approved, but still no letter of confirmation. I then submitted a different claim on the 9 July, with different damages to the car and this time it was rejected on the basis that the claim exceeds the limit. The claim would obviously exceed the limit of R2000 due to the fact that is was different claims for separate damages on the car. I fail to understand and accept the rejection as their expalantion is unfounded and does not ake sense. If they feel that the claim exceeds the limit then why not pay out for one claim then as the one calim amounts to R1300 and the second claim amounths to R1900. Iwant Regent to either pay for the repairs on the car or to give me back all my money from the last claim that I made to them as I am not getting any service for the money I am paying to them.
