No feedback on our claim after 7 days

I was bumped (hit & run) on Sat 27 July 13. Fortunately i took the vehicle registration and went to midrand station to open a case of hit & run & completed the accident report form as well. We called miway on Friday 2 Aug 13 to put a claim for our vehicle to bepaired. A statement was taken by miway agent telephonically and we were requested to forward the pictures of the car & the same agent was going to call again for the accident report no. We did that immediately and sent it through as requested. To date we dont know whether our vehicle will ever be repaired as no one seem to be working on our claim. We were told that within two days an assessor will check the damages, that has not happened and its been now 7 days we put the claim through. We called on Monday to check progress & we were told that we will be called back. To date we still havent received a call from miway & this makes one wonder if we are perhaps not taken serious or is it just the way miway operates. We are paying the monthly premiums with no fail and therefore we expect our claim to be attended to promptly. This has happen today failing which then Miway is not doing things our way as they claim.
