ON 01/11/13 I TOOK MY PHONE TO BE REPAIRED. WE WERE ADVISED THAT IT WILL TAKE 5 DAYS TO REPAIR IN-STORE OR 16 DAYS IF IT IS SENT TO MANUFACTURER FOR REPAIRS. ON 12/11/13 I CALLED AND SPOKE TO CHRIS WHO ADVISED ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE NOTIFICATION TO COLLECT THE PHONE VIA SMS. ON 23/11/13 I RECEIVED A SMS AND ON 24/11/13 I WENT TO COLLECT THE PHONE. TURNS OUT THE PHONE WAS NOT TOUCHED AS IT WAS IN THE EXACT CONDITION IT WAS WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. IT WAS NOT REPAIRED IN-STORE NOR WAS IT SENT TO THE MANUFACTURER! I ASKED MADIKELEDI TO CALL A MANAGER AND SHE REFUSED TO. ONE OF THE REPAIRERS CAME AND ADVISED US WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN HOUR SO THAT THE CAN TRY TO REPAIR THE PHONE. WHEN WE ENQUIRED WHY IT WAS NEVER ATTENDED TO HIS RESPONSE WAS 'WHAT DO WE EXPECT HIM TO SAY'!!! OUT OF SHEER FRUSTRATION AT THE PATHETIC SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF WE TOOK THE PHONE AND LEFT. SOMEONE FROM VODACOM/SHOP WILL CONTACT ME TO ARRANGE TO HAVE THIS PHONE REPAIRED! I WILL BE PORTING TO ANOTHER NETWORK ONCE THIS MESS IS RESOLVED.
