Most disgraceful Insurance company

I have been insured with Miway For more that a year and all my premiums are paid up to date. On Thursday a didn't stop at the stop street and smashed into the side of my car. Now I have contacted Miway to report this and assist to claim the money from the other person. But now all they want is to get my vehicle repaired but I must pay for the excess of R3300.Why must I pay when Miway must claim that money from the other driver. I was told to pay the R3300 and then only my vehicle will be repaired. This is nonsense as im not at fault. And further more I must wait to get my money back from the other and not sure how long that will be. I want my car to be repaired and im not going to pay the excess. And also if this is how MIWAY works then im going to Inform all the people that I have referred to find other insurance companies. People out the please be aware of this and if you are with MIWAY cancel and find someone else.
