I'VE PUT IN A INSURANCE CLAIM ON MONDAY 11/11/2013 AFTER MY IPHONE 5 HAVE FALL IN THE WATER AFTER A FEW HOURS THE CLAIM WAS APPROVED AND I WAS TOLD TO PAY R150 TO THE COMPANY FOR PART OF MY CLAIM. A FEW DAYS GOES BY OF NO NEWS AND STRUGGLING WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY ON THURSDAY 14/11/2013 THEY PHONED ME TO INFORM ME THAT MY PHONE WILL BE COLLECTED FROM THE COURIER SERVICES THE VERY SAME DAY. THE FOLLOWING DAY FRIDAY THE 15/11/13 MY PHONE WAS ONLY COLLECTED AROUND 5 PM. ON MONDAY 18/11/2013 THEY CONFERMD THAT THE PHONE WAS COLLECTED AND IN AT THE REPAIRS AT THE INSURANCE COMPANY. TODAY WHEN I PHONED THE CALL CENTRE AT THE REAPAIRS TOLD ME THE PHONE WAS ONLY BOOKED IN TODAY AND CAN STILL TAKE A FURTHER 72 HOURS BEFORE THERE WILL BE ANY FEED BACK ON THE PHONE WILL IT BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED. I PAID MY INSURANCE INTIME EVERY MONTH BUT IF IT COME TO PUT IN A CLAIM YOU MUST JUST SIT BACK RELAX AND ENJOY THE RIDE. IF IT WAS FINE A NEW PHONE IN THE SAME DAY. THIS IS NOT EXCEPTABLE
