To all parties concerned!
I am terribly and utterly disgusted by the handling of my claim with Outsurance. My vehicle was in an accident on the 23/06/2013 at approximately 09h05. Upon arrival at the scene my wife and I assisted the other party that caused the accident by calling Rescue to assist with towing and reporting of incident due to the lady being in shock. The other party consented and registered a claim on their policy because they admitted to us that they were at fault. Upon investigation it turned out that my claim was rejected and I now have to claim from my own policy for repairs. Its sad that I had an independant witness that confirmed that the other party was at fault, they did not have a witness that could confirm what exactly occurred at the scene and was unsure about what took place. After numerous attempts I spoke to a manager named Tshepo, she was very rude and irate and made it clear that she was not willing to assist even when I asked to have this escaletad to Steyn Verster she made it clear that he is to busy to deal with me and that he will contact me which I am still waiting for. Thought having my business with Out makes them loyal, clearly not a value.!
