THIRD PARTY CLAIM PATHETIC

A person insured through Outsurance drove into the back of my vehicle in mid November 2013. After I had to fill out a lot of forms and get all kinds of documentation together which took me a while, I submitted the claim. They made it clear in the forms that I have to follow up on the claim which is pathetic. I was not the person who caused the accident, YOUR CLIENT WAS.
Now, 2 months later, I had to follow up with the consultant to find out that Outsurance will only pay out the amount of the quote of the place THEY chose, I have no say in choosing who can fix my car. This is PATHETIC!!!

Just before the accident happened I seriously considered moving from my insurance to OUTSURANCE. But if this is the type of service a 3rd party person receives I would NEVER want to be insured through you!!!

Just a word of advice to OUTSURANCE, if you treated me better with this 3rd party claim I would have immediately moved my insurance to you... So..you might want to consider that in the future. You are losing a lot of potential clients!!!
