3rd Party Claims - Not Helpful

I recently suffered an accident that was caused by a Telesure Client (09/05/2013).
Their Client turned right in front of me, cut directly in front of my path of travel. I had the right of way and she did not stop, indicate her intention to turn nor indicate that she was going to do so.

I have spoken to Ronel (the manager) and Anesh (Assessor) And the Claims handler is Shaun Bassett.

I have getting the 'Run Around' from Telesure and the attitude form the Claim Handler - Shaun Bassett is appalling.
They seem to be looking for reasons to delay matter and have not come back to me regarding a settlement. In Terms of merits their client is clearly at fault and there is also an independent witness that can confirm their client was at fault. The witness is an Officer in the SAPS.

Shaun had the audacity to tell me that : 'Insurance claims are dealt with on merits and not for enrichment'
This condescending comment is insulting and makes me wonder;
oWHY DOES TELESURE OFFER COMPREHENSIVE COVER!!! If they don't want to assist third party with claims where there clients are at fault. Why do they treat third party as if they are out there to make a 'quick buck'
