I was invloved in a accident on the 30th of June, and informed my insurance accodingly, however the proceess was done and today i was informed that they will be paying 49k and i sent them the setllement letter for the car which is 130k, they have informed me the decison to pay 49k is bcz of previosu damaged to the amount of 39k which is a total lie, also licence held for less than 2 years and also the accident happen at night,

the surprising thing is i took an extra cover with them to cover the full amount of the claim when, im invloved in a ccident, but now they telling me the claim is only active during the day, i have been asking for feed back from them since the accident happen and only today they telling me the whole story, this is total unfair, i just want them to setlle what was agreed upon and
