I was involved in an accident last year August with an Outsurance client, a 3rd party claim was registered and I was called within 7days to let me know that someone was handling my claim. Towards the end of September I was requested to take my car for an assessment of which I was informed that I will be given feedback from Outsurance within 4 weeks as I am 3rd party and they will not be fixing my car but they will payout to me. It has since been 7months and still no payment has been made to me. I have been calling Shay Thaver who is the claims consultant handling this claim, and nothing still happens, excuses all the time would be that he is still waiting for authorisation or he is not in the office and no one else can assist exept him, of which this is so pathetic. Someone please address this as urgent matter.
