ATM out of funds

I would like to lay a formal complaint with you - why? Your ATM service is pathetic.
I do not know if FNB is in trouble, where actual money is concerned, why? There is never money in the ATM's from pay day onwards to about the 3rd of the next month and there is so little FNB ATM's around.
Go to any mall in the Bellville, Cape Gate, Canal Walk, Parow or just the general Cape area and you will easily find an ABSA and Standard bank ATM, and most times next to one another. But you literate have to send a search party out to find a FNB ATM. ONLY to get any ATM that has no money in the machine, but guess what, you can do limited services like transfer or buy fines. My other my favourite message is 'due to a technical problem, please contact your nearest branch' what? Why? - I just got paid and I need to have money and guess what - the bank is either closed or the line is out of the door because most for your clientele got this message. I need money to paid my accounts and get the groceries. Now Yes, please tell me I can swipe, no fees involved - but FNB it's my money that I budgeted for (in cash) - my hard earned money (little it might be) but it's mine. So up your game.
