Wrong advice

Outsurance advised us to book a vehicle damage assessment knowing it would propably be a 3rd party claim. We were transparent in that we will try not to claim primarily from them unless it is impossible for a successfull claim from the other party.

A quote was witheld when another person came to know the possibility of a non claim

I am disgusted that they are not even prepared to assist in handling the claim like Santam does.
