Discovery Insure
You can not make a manual payment.?!?!

Our debit order for our insurance was returned on 1 July. I called today to get banking details to make a manual payment, only to be told that our account would be debited in 15 days. If it is returned again the policy will lapse. Surely there should be a way of making a manual payment. I am asking to pay and being refused!!! how does this make any sense at all??
