My car and house insurance is with Hollard - this month my debit did not go through because of some problems that I experienced. The next day I called Hollard's call centre and asked if the debit could be put through again or if I could get banking details so that I can make manual payment. I was told that it cannot be done and they cannot give me their banking details. Please could someone responsible from Hollard give me a call - I cannot belive that one cannot make manual payments to Hollard!!!
