Paying Customers punished due to incompetence

My problem started in october when I phoned the Altech Autopage service desk to update my account with my new banking details. The consultant response was they couldn't find my details on their system, they don't have any record of me, my response was that my account are being debited every month and I receive airtime every month. The consultant was however adamant that they don't have any record of me. but when they tried to debit the old bank account which was no longer there surprisingly they had no problem finding my details to notify me the debit order returned and that my cellphone service will be suspended immediately. Eventually I spoke a Tshepo again at the service desk where my account was updated with the new banking details and was told to make a manual payment of 228 to bring the account up to date and that the new debit order will take effect end of November. Manual eft payment was made 5 /11/ 2013 but the account is still suspended. When I enquired about this on 9/11/13, I was told the system doesn't reflect the payment and was told to mail a copy of the payment. this was done but still no joy. I was told today to mail another copy of the eft payment. plse assist here
