I called debtbuesters this morning after checking my bank statement for debit orders. I got through to a Mildred--client servises consultant who was so unhelpful & rude!! And again i was told to go make a manual payment. When i ask why they are not debitting she clearly said she doesnt know, but i must make a manual payment. No one is willing to help or advise as to why they cannot keep up with our agreement to debit my account on the 1st of every month. Jun was told debit was unsuccessful, only to find they didnt debit at all, July -insufficient funds--only to find they debited on the 3rd & not 1st & there was still money in my account--no one could explain for the unpaid debit, but was still told to refer matter to my bank and make a manual payment. This month i call as i see no debit from them again. Mildred still refused to put me through to a manager, told me she isnt going to put my call through..she then continued to say she doesnt have a surname when i asked for it so i could report her. Called again and got through to her 2nd time around & this time she put the fone on the side & let me to talk by myself till i hung up, i could hear her chewing in the back
