BILLED ME AFTER I'D DONE MANUAL PAYMENT!!!

In february I called Bonita's as I had not been debited my monthly contribution and it was already the 8th they said I could do a manual payment or wait till the 15th to be debited, I said I would do the manual payment and asked if this would be an ongoing problem and was assured it was not. The SAME happened this month I was given the same instruction either wait for the 15th or do a manual payment, I opted to do the manual payment even called the call centre to confirm that it was received and guess what!!!??? on the 16th they debited my account! I am furious at Bonita's I've had nothing but problem after problem after the merge! I've never had a bad experience with prosano! I have to get referral letters and numbers for every specialist! I loved Prosano and their professionalism but Bonita's??? Good grief it feels like I've been put on the LOWEST plan ever! This is NOT fair! And just to top it off after I called the agents at bonitas to find out why they had not debited they said I was in a credit for the full amount and would not be debited until April! I even have an sms to prove this! Luckily my husband called to confirm! Incompetent people honestly!
