On 3rd April I was double charged while making a debit card purchase. I called in a day later and was assisted, during which I was promised the refund in 12 working days. I received no response after the mentioned 12 working days it would take to resolve. On the 1st of May I called again, was promised to be helped and the next day the money was returned, shortly after which it was taken out again. I called in again (2nd May) and was promised to be helped. Today when I followed up the call centre, the transaction was closed by the last person to assist me in the call centre meaning had I not followed up no one would have helped me and the money would not have been returned! What kind of pathetic service is this???
