They money in my Account

I went to withdraw money on the 5th of December 2013 @ Dobsonville Standard Bank, when i got the my card was swollen by the machine. Since i was inside the Mall i asked one of the people working @ Standard Bank to assist me to Stop my Card he told me that its already late, its almost time for him to go home he cant assist me. A few minutes later i tried to call the call centre to stop the Card but it was a bit late cause someone had already withdrawn money in onother ATM.If that person helped me i would still have my money. For this I'm leaving Standard Bank. I cant stand bad service
