Pathetic response to transactions

I have been a Standard Bank customer for as long as I can remember.

On the 24th of January 2013 - two transactions were made on my account into an unknown account.
When I called the hotline they mentioned I could only be helped on a weekday and not on a weekend.

When I walked into my branch- I was issued with a temp card and the transactions were" reversed"

THIS IS truly pathetic service, They mentioned no follow up or case will be logged as the funds had been"RETURNED".
I request a full case be opened and an investigation needs to take place to rectify this mess.

If I had not logged onto internet banking, I would not of picked up this charges and hence would not of reported it in time.
This is disgusting customer service to DATE NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CALL TO TALK TO ME. Is this how standard bank moves forward? By ignoring transactions.
I was told by the call centre that they CANNOT call me.
I will be swapping banks shortly so please at least have the decency to help with the swap.
The media will also be informed of this " customer service at its very worst".

Most disgusting!!
