Good Day. I have banked with FNB for about 16 years. On the 16-04-2013 I closed my old acc with FNB and activated a new account with FNB.I received an sms the next day 17-04-2013 at 12pm from FNB stating that my bank cards for the old account was cancelled. I phoned FNB Woodbridge and I was told by the sales and service manager Casper van Rensburg that was the procedure and the system at FNB did not ask for a new card so one was not ordered for me but he would order me one straight away.

He stated it would take 4-5 working days. I called him 5 working days later 24-04-2013 to check the progress of my new card. It had still not arrived. Today 29-04-2013 which is 8 working days later and still no card. I received an sms today stating that the new card which was ordered has been cancelled. I called the bank but Vusi nor Casper was available. I spoke to Hurly who promised to look into it and call me back.2 hours and still no response. How do I use my account which has my salary in it from the 25-04-2013 without a bank card.

This has really inconvenienced me and wasted my time. FNB has not helped me.
