Card purchase which was authorised twice by STD

I've made a purchase @ FLB on the 01/05/2013 and transaction reflected twice on my bankstatement which I've queried with branch on 06/05/2013 and they could not assist me.on the 08/05/2013 I've phoned STD call centre where I've spoke to Ananda and Mpho who logged an investigation and promised that I will have a respond after 12 working days.on the 28/05/2013 I've phoned again to find out what is going on as I didn't get a respond as promised so I spoke to Daylene who told me that my query was reassigned on 21/05/2013 and I will get a response after 12working days when I told him its unfair 4 me to wait again he promised Desrai will contact me on 28/05/2013 until today i've not received any call or respond from standard bank. This is unfair firstly I'm the one who is calling STD bank and their call centre you will spend more money listening 2 voice mail options by the time aconsultants answer you, your airtime is finished, 2nd their consultants cannot assist you they take you from pillar to post 3rd no respond from standard bank and yet we pay monthly fees for what this kind of serives I'm feed-up with their services all I need is my money back and explanation of what happened
