Claim unresolved after 6 months and no feedback

The accident happened on the 28th of October 2012. My vehicle is still not fully repaired and I can't seem to get any feedback from Outsurance despite numerous phone calls and emails.

In 10 years, this was the first time I had to follow up the whole time with the panelbeater directly. Outsurance did nothing.

I subsequently demanded to have a new case manager assigned (4 May), just to find out that the case was closed and the panel beater paid in full, despite the case manager acknowledging per email (20 Feb) that they take note of my report of unfinished work and subsequent damage to the vehicle (which the panel beater also acknowledged per email that they will repair, but are waiting for parts).
Despite another phone call to Outsurance (9 May), there was still no feedback and the manager of the case manager seemed to have no knowledge of my complaint of 4 May.

We have now been with Outsurance for around 10 years and never even looked elsewhere because of their excellent service which we felt could not be beaten by anyone else.

This case has now driven us over the edge and we are leaving Outsurance BUT they WILL ensure our car is fully repaired no matter what it takes.
