My RangeRover Evogue was damaged at the back (bumper bashing, minor damage) on 8 August 2013. I reported the incident to the police and Outsurance on 8 August 2013. On 10 August I took it to the Outsurance assessor (9 August was a public holiday). Up to date I still have not got my vehicle. It was only booked in on 17 September 2013 - more than a month after the incident. I was told it would be repaired in two weeks (due 30 September 2013) and the latest deadline is 17 October 2013. I find this unacceptable. Anel from Outsurance is a "message carrier" who now phones me every second day (after I complained that Outsurance does nothing) and reports what the panel beater tells her whether it makes sense or not. In spite of me having taken my car to the Outsurance assessor (2 months ago) and taken my car to the Outsurance approved panelbeater (2.5 weeks ago), I was today told by Anel that the panel beaters now have all the parts and it will go to panel beating on Monday. This after I asked Outsurance and their panelbeaters to ensure all parts are available and ordered before I bring my car in as I need the vehicle - and they had time (10 Aug - 17 Sep).
