I met into an accident, approx. 3 weeks ago. I phoned Outsurance to process my claim. Initially all was ok, the claim was processed and a Panel Beater was assigned by Outsurance. The Panel Beaters and Outsurance have been utterly useless once the authorisation to the Panel Beaters was finalised. No one from the Panel Beaters updated me with regards to my vehicle and the Outsurance person assigned to the case was like a ghost (could not get a hold of him via e-mail or his direct line). I had to phone the Panel Beaters every single day to find out what was happening and after a week of phoning I was informed that they DON'T have my vehicle. Now that was shocking, Outsurance did you not follow-up!! Outsurance assigned these Panel Beaters, NOT ME. I am sitting with a car hire that needs to be return (30 days max used). It is unbelievable that Outsurance don't put enough effort to meet client satisfaction, I am extremely DISAPPOINTED.
