Service Provider selected by Outsurance to repai

I had an accident, Outsurance had arranged for my 1 year old vehicle to be sent to a panel beater called Service panel beaters in Rossburgh, 40km away from my residence. While repairing my vehicle this panel beater damaged other parts of my vehicle that was not damaged by the accident. When I went to collect my vehicle when the panel beater said it was ready, I had discovered the other damages that were not there initially. The PB then denied everything. When I called Outsurance all they can say is that I should have told them that I did not want to use that panel beater. Ahwa from Outsurance implied initially that I did not have a say in the matter. Now they want to get the assessor out there again. So what they imply again is that the assessor's word is final and if the assessor agrees with the panel beaters it means I must take my vehicle back with all these new damages. I have told them that I will not take my vehcle back if they do not put it back to its original condition. Which now is looking like my entire car is going to be repaired by a shoddy/tacky panel beater. Outsurance in the mean time just doesn't care. As I would like to put it "THEY DO NOT BEND OVER BACKWARDS!!! "
