Extremely poor service from Outsurance

My car was in an accident during February. After many phone calls and emails I got my car back after 6 weeks, Outsurance has not done a proper assessment of the vehicle I got the idea that they never read the accident report Outsurance only had the most obvious visible damage repaired without giving a if the vehicle was safe to drive afterwards The vehicles service documents got lost while in possessions of Outsurance and its assessment towing agent and panel beaters Outsurance attempted to have the car fixed at panel-beater who was not authorised by the dealer which would have resulted in me losing my warranty and service plan on the vehicle. I sent numerous emails to the single emailsddress that was give to me as a contact. The only reply I ever got were Out of office replies. I also phoned many times - was promised that the matter would be looked into and reported back. I am still waiting... The frustration experienced is beyond words. Outsurance only bends over backwards when collectingyour money but does not keep their promise I have taken note of many-similar complaints about Outsurance on Hello Peter...
