Is Outsurance really so good?

After my accident on 4 November 2012, i am still waiting for my car to be repaired. I received a stand in vehicle for a month. When i had to give back my vehicle i found that the assessor who assesed my vehicle forgot to put the damage of the front of the car with the authorization. So i still had to wait for that to go through, still with no transport. Then the panel beaters waited for the parts of the car, and still up to today they are waiting for the correct parts of the car to fix it. It's going for 3 months now, with still no transport. Oursurance and Wonderboom panel beaters has been phoned and visited on numerous occasions to expidate the process, but still no progress. Between outsurance and the panel beater there is no sucess as they are just passing the buck between them and now Ford is getting the blame. Who is responsible for this delay and who should be looking after the client when premiums are up to date and are a member of the insurance company for many years. Its almost 3 months without a vehicle, who should get the blame. Are oursurance really so good?
