I have purchased a 24 cutlery set for the value of R299-00 (on special for mothers day) on the 16 April 2013, I then called on the 17 April to check on when it will deleivered since its mothers day special which I want to take to to my mother who resides in Limpopo on April month end, the consultant advised that delivery takes 4 weeks which I explained to him that the period does not suit me as I need the gift to be delivered urgently and understanding that mother's day is just around the corner. I needed to have it sooner. I ask the consultant to cancell my order which an email of cancellation and request for a refund was actioned under request no #744048. Today, I have not received my refund, I called to follow up and I still get an email advisinf that my request for refund has been received insrtead of you advising whether my refund has been credited or not, Can I have my refund back so that I can go and purchase the gift as I am going to Limpopo this weekend. I dont need you sending me confirmations of request received, action and refund me. instead of going around in circles everytime, why didnt you action from the 17th April when i first called.
