No Delivery & No Refund

On 5 December 2012 I ordered a Gordon Ramsay Pan from Groupon for my husband for Christmas. January came and they had still not delivered... then February came and went. Eventually they tell me that they are unable to deliver this product would I like a refund. March... April... I kept requesting refund. Eventually they reply that at beginning of April the refund was done and send me some email that is supposed to serve as proof of refund (Not Bank Proof). But No Refund is received into my account. So they request proof of this so I send a copy of my bank statement and bank account details. We are now on the 17th May 2013 over 5 Months since original order and still I am constantly requesting via telephone and email for my refund with constant promise of carry through and No Satisfaction.
I Warn You. Groupon May have Good Deals But Be Careful that You Never Have to get your Money Back Because they aren't as willing as they are to sell to you.
