Good day,

I am not happy at all with Groupon especially when it comes to communication they are bad. In Feb '13 i bought a voucher for 99 for Zando, what happen is after purchasing whatever you will receive a voucher but for this product that did not happen because the special was discontinued and i was promised a refund in 5-7 working days which till to date (17.04.2013) i have not received a cent from them. i have called emailed all i get is thier refund department is working on it or i will receive an email confirming that i will receive back my money, i went again and bought another voucher 799 for a 5 in 1 steam mop upon receiving the mop the hook did not fit the nosel which they gladly took it back and gave me another mop with the same issue then i told them i want a refund and they were happy to refund me back the money they took my details and promise to pay 5-7 working days till to date i have not received any of my money from GROUPON, HELLOPETER please help...
