In 2012 on the 10th October i requested a refund, as the accomodation venue i had purchased the groupon voucher could not accomodate me. Request No 516613. The request was closed without it being actioned and was not expired at this time. In Dec i followed up agn, and was finally advised in January that the funds would be tranferred into my account, as Groupon has failed to process the refund when requested. I did not want a credit, as R1999 is a substantial amount of money.
To date i have not received my refund, and the Groupon request keeps getting clsoed as resolved!!!
This is daylight and not acceptable. I would like my money back as i did not receive the services nor utilized the voucher for accomodation!
