A while back I purchase a cage dive experience for two from Groupon. The experience was cancelled due to bad whether conditions and we were advised to request for our refunds from Groupon. It's been over a month since my initial request for the refund. I called last week Monday and I was promised the refund before the end of last week and it's been an ongoing process where I call them and they tell me that it is being processed. All I get is an email and no confirmation of the refund. This is really bad service, I am in a position where I have to take legal action as I am not sure if I will actually get my refund.
