Lack of Delivery of Mother's Day flowers

I ordered box of Tulips and fee Nougat for my mother for Mothers Day for delivery for 10 May 2013, Friday. My mothers gift did not arrive, but a confirmation of delivery was sent to my email. I called the contact center to enquire the following morning and they insisted it was delivered and received by someone called "Ivana" The person who was ment to receive it was Gwithian, not Ivana. I live with my mother and frankly I waited all Friday for their delivery. It did not come to my address. The manager promised to call me back to assist me on Saturday morning... I am still waiting and my poor mom received nothing for mother's day I could not afford to purchase her another gift. I am so disappointed and upset. I hope Net Florist will refund me for this or realy make it up to my mother. Not Happy At All.
