Refund not being processed

I recently purchased a Groupon voucher on 16 April for my girlfrient but realised that the voucher was never going to be used as the days were unsuitable. I promptly (within 2 hours of purchase) sent Groupon a email requesting a refund. I was informed (by Ulrich Absolom) that the refund would be processed and I would receive an email confirming such. It has now been close to three weeks and I have not heard anything. My request has been marked as "solved" on Groupon Zendesk when it has not been and I have sent multiple emails to Cheryl Nhlumayo requesting an update on the process.

I have also phoned twice. I first spoke to a man (on 25th April) by the name of Nerusdan (I am unsure of spelling) who confirmed that the refund was being processed and that I would receive an email confirming the same (I received no such email). I then spoke to Sisanda today who could give me no record or a status update on the refund despite working in the refund department and having all my details.

This is unacceptable as the I have complied with all the requirements and should have received my refund or at least feedback by now!
