In the middle of March a request was made for my Premium service subscription to be cancelled at end of March, beginning April I was no longer able to watch any channels on my decoder - "Service or package is not active on this account" was the message I got. On the 02 April an amount of R692.72 was deducted from my account (Debit Order), the 3rd of April I logged a journal for the amount to be reversed, no refund by the end of the 7 working day period. I phoned again and they explained that there was an amount mistake of the refund and said that they will log another journal. I have explained the urgency of the refund needed on the second journal that was logged and it is now the 17th of April and still no refund received on the R653 that is in credit on my account! I need my money as soon as possible please! One of the reference numbers I received - 129114325.
