More than a month waiting for refund

I recently bought a Kindle from Groupon, only to find that the power button did not work. I was more than happy to accept a replacement, but Groupon said it would only refund.

When I first called to return the product (no reply to my email), I was told that the system was down but the girl assured me she would log the request for collection as soon as it came back online. She never did.

I called back a week later and finally got notification on 11 April that the request had been received after the Kindle was collected from me. I have since called twice to follow up as no-one bothers to reply to emails, only to be told that the refund is still being processed. Groupon is very quick to deduct your money when you order something, but more than a month to process a refund?? I want an answer as to when I will get my money back ASAP; I do not want to be told again that it's "being processed", that means nothing in my life.

I was never given a reference number, either via email or on the phone.
