Groupon don't refund!

After purchasing an item on Groupon early March 2013, I sent a refund request within 2 days
According to the refunds policy, refund requests can be submitted within 7 days of the purchase.

I received an auto email response immediately stating that my query will be investigated. After waiting 2 weeks I sent a follow up email requesting feedback. The response I got was that I needed to provide them with my account details, which I did.

After waiting another week I still had not received my refund, so emailed them again for a follow up. They responded that they cannot trace my account. I then contacted the call centre to inquire and managed to solve the "incorrect " issue. I was advised that my Groupon account would be credited within 2 weeks (This is now a month after my initial request)

After waiting another 2 weeks I had still not received my refund and have since then sent 4 follow up emails to which I've had no response. They do not provide any contact details so you cannot call anyone to get a direct response. I just want my refund!!! and a response to my long overdue query!!!
