Waiting for refund since January 2013

I bought a 16 piece spice set in December 2012 with delivery in 4 weeks for R399. No feedback was given until I had to follow up on the delay. I was advised that the products were no longer available and my money would be refunded. I have since been waiting for the refund and even provided my banking details with no luck. I made another follow up in February and was advised that my request was lost as the there was a system upgrade. This time I spoke to Beverly who advised that my request would be attended to. To date, I still have not received my refund. I have sent numerous emails to Groupon with no reply. Please assist
