NO FEEDBACK ON REFUND!!!

Booked a photoshoot on Groupon, Photographer than after three months said she is longer using the vouchers and Groupon need to refund me. I phone on the 11 March 2013 - got an email to confirm that it will be processed. I am still waiting for the refund. Did three follow ups in the mean time, below is the last response that I got this was on 18 March.. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions but all numbers on the website are not working. DO YOU STILL EXIST GROUPON OR HAVE YOUR GONE DOWN DUE TO YOUR BAAAAAADDD SERVICE??? I would like my refund back ASAP.
