No delivery - no feedback -no refund - bad service

After ordering a product from groupon on the 29/11/2013 and waiting 4 weeks for delivery (just in case) I contact Groupon and I'm advised (after two emails) that the product was delayed but has now been shipped! After another two weeks of waiting, I contact them again (another three emails) only to be told that there was a problem with the supplier and they can't guarantee a delivery date anymore. So they when they said the product had been shipped? After another week of waiting, I called Groupon again, I spoke to Sam, she informed me that my order was already cancelled as there was not enough supply to meet demand (why then let people still order the product?) Sam asked if i would prefer a refund to my Groupon account or to my Credit card, after all these issues I no longer wished to use them ever and requested a refund to my credit card. I then get an email from Sam saying she has refunded my money to my Groupon account..?! thanks for your help Sam! After two emails requesting they transfer it to my credit card, I get an email today to advise me that this is no longer possible. Now i have to order some from Groupon which may never be delivered. Groupon your service
